We proudly represent Oilon’s line of burners for various boiler capacity needs; every model is a linkageless configuration.
Oilon oil, gas, and dual fuel burners are fully automatic, safe, and reliable. The design and manufacturing of the burners is based on economy, safety, and service as well as environmental friendliness. The burners are in compliance with most North American and European applicable standards.
Construction:
The steel plate housing incorporates a three-phase motor that runs the fan located in the housing. The oil pump has its own three-phase motor. The surface of the housing is finished with durable high-gloss paint. The housing is equipped with a hinged burner flange with a safety interlock switch, enabling the burner to be swung open to the left or right. The burner flange enables servicing of the combustion head, nozzles, and ignition electrodes without having to remove the burner itself. The stainless steel alloy combustion head and the diffuser disc can withstand temperatures up to 2200 °F. The combustion head is adjustable, to optimize the mixing of fuel regardless of the firing rate. The burner houses a sight glass for flame observation. On the fan suction side there is an air damper that, together with the servomotor, automatically controls the amount of fuel and air based on demanded firing rate. A removable upper top cover allows ease of electrical installations and burner service.
Burners for different needs:
We have burners for several different capacity ranges that can be fired on various gases, light and heavy fuel oil as well as other liquid or gaseous fuels. In most of our monoblock-type burners the burner automation unit is integrated into the burner. Burners are also available with an external automation unit. Our duoblock-type burners come with an external automation unit, an oil booster, and a combustion fan. For fuel-air ratio control, the automation can be equipped with a traditional relay control or with a modern electronic control system with diverse extra functions.
Oilon WiseDrive:
Oilon WiseDrive is an electronic fuel/air ratio control system.
Electronic fuel-air mixture control achieves lower flue gas emissions, low energy consumption and more accurate control of the technical parameters of the burner.
FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation):
External Flue Gas Recirculation is effective and low cost solution to achieve very low NOx emissions with several fuels.
Some flue gas from stack is led back to the combustion chamber through the burner, which reduces NOx emissions by cooling down flame peak temperature and by slowing combustion reactions. Achievable reduction depends on burner type, boiler, combustion air temperature and other factors. It is important to take into consideration, that flue gas recirculation reduces burner maximum output depending of the needed FGR rate and flue gas temperature. Flue gas recirculation is also possible for retrofit installations in many cases.
Silencer:
The sound level of the burners is low, but, if desired, they can be equipped with a separate silencer to make them even quieter.
Best Quality:
Oilon burners are designed to meet the highest quality to ensure energy efficiency and long lifetime. Service is easy and all parts have easy and fast access.
Over Five Decades of Reliability:
Oilon’s long experience in combustion technology has resulted in reliable burners with low emission levels. Their excellent reputation is based on successfully manufacturing various heating solutions for over 50 years. Offering customers ever more reliable and modern burners for a multitude of tasks and operating environments.
