Performance Boiler & Mech L.L.C. is your one-stop shop for all your boiler parts needs. We carry a wide variety of replacement and repair parts for all major brands of boilers. We also offer a wide variety of parts for your plant needs too; Water softeners, feed water tank systems, pumps, burners, boilers, chillers, valves & and fittings, gaskets, burner control systems, and more!

Combustion Services:
System start up, troubleshooting, energy savings analysis, combustion analysis, combustion tuning services on linkage and linkagless systems, service and installation of linkage and linkageless based systems. New burner installs, etc.

Insulation:
We can insulate your system for safety and protection against burns, improvement of efficiency, steam lines, water lines, boilers, feed water tanks, and jacketing!

Water Softeners:
Not only do we sell water softeners, we also provide installation and repair on commercial softeners!

Upgrades:
Looking to upgrade your boiler or making upgrades to it and/or your system? We can retrofit new burners onto your old boiler and new combustion system controls onto your existing burner system. From linkage based systems to linkageless systems for your burner needs.

Engineering Services:
Plan and specification design services, system overview evaluations, system payback analysis, and steam analysis.

Mechanical Services:
We are an R-Stamp certified company. Services provided:

  • Boiler re-tube and tube repairs.
  • Tube sheet welding and repair.
  • Custom steam headers.
  • Refractory repair: Wood fired boilers, refurbishing CB doors, boiler doors, burner tiles and fire brick installs, boiler plug refurbishing services, etc.
  • Condensate and storage tanks. We can fabricate custom non-pressurized tanks for your needs, Feed water tanks for example.
  • Preparation for internal boiler inspections.
  • Running pressurized piping lines; Steam lines, hot water lines, condensate return lines, air lines, etc.
  • The scope of our abilities isn’t limited to just the boiler, we take pride in being able to look at the overall scheme of all boiler related equipment in your system and make decisions based on how each piece of equipment related and reacts to others.

Electrical / Electronics:
We handle the electronics in your boiler system and it’s related equipment. Controls, circuitry, safety controls, electronic controllers, flame safe guards, motor circuits, etc. We can repair or upgrade your system!.
